The script Captcha is a Security Systems script (web page secruity / password protect).
The name of this project tells everything by itself ! Its a little captcha generator which creates human-readable check codes which will keep you away from spammers and flooders. It requires GD library, Ssesion handling and files linked at the bottom of this page.
